This elegant complex was constructed around a rebuilt 1853 farmhouse. Its New England Salt Box architecture sets the style for the large annex in which are the majority of the individual apartments. Coming from the circular driveway, a visitor enters the spacious two-story common lobby; beyond are the apartments, each with a private bath and bedroom alcove; adjoining decks face out into three acres of woods. This, briefly, is the setting which offers a few congenial people the opportunity of their very own life style, the choice of when to mingle with others and when to be private.

STUDIO OR SHARED APARTMENTS:
Spacious individual or shared apartments have wall to wall carpeting, private baths, individual controlled heating and adjoining decks.

LOBBY:
There is a formal lobby where residents can meet with family and friends or just enjoy the warm glow of a fire. We have scheduled entertainers who come in weekly. They provide us music, dancing, and singing for our pleasure.

DINING:
Home-style meals are served three times daily and cater to the mature appetite. Refreshments are served at snack time.

NO INVESTMENT NEEDED:
No financial investment or lease is required. All monthly charges are included except telephone, dry cleaning, special diets or incontinence.

TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation is available to Doctors, Dentists, etc. within a reasonable distance from our location. There is an escort fee.

ACTIVITIES/RECREATION ROOM:
Each day Residents will have the opportunity to participate in planned activities for their particular needs: Van rides, picnics, crafts, music, dance, exercise, walks, movies, etc. etc.
